Registering for ARCS Services will allow you to access the ARCS SLCS Service, the ARCS Compute Grid and the ARCS Data Fabric. To register, you are required to have an identity in an AAF IdP

If you do not have an identity at any of these, you can apply for an identity in the ARCS IdP.
